Emima Rubaba is a bold and compassionate leader with a lifelong love for Tanzania’s wilderness, people, and stories. Growing up surrounded by nature and rich culture, she developed a deep respect for the land and a strong desire to create opportunities for others through tourism.
Driven by courage and vision, Emima founded Rubaba Safaris & Tours, a proudly women-owned and women-led safari company built to change lives. In an industry traditionally dominated by men, she stepped forward and created space for women tour guides and young boys from local communities to learn, grow, and earn a living with dignity. For Emima, every safari is not just a trip — it is a chance to empower, inspire, and uplift.
Under her leadership, Rubaba Safaris & Tours offers authentic safari journeys across Tanzania’s most breathtaking landscapes — from the golden plains of the Serengeti to the misty highlands of Ngorongoro, the wild heart of Ruaha, and the peaceful shores of Zanzibar. Enock Lubaba is the steady hand and strong spirit behind many of the unforgettable journeys created by Rubaba Safaris & Tours. With a deep understanding of Tanzania’s landscapes and wildlife, he plays a vital role in shaping smooth, safe, and well-organized safari experiences for every guest.
Growing up close to nature, Enock developed a natural connection with the land, animals, and people of Tanzania. This connection led him to a life on the road, guiding travelers through dusty tracks, golden savannahs, hidden valleys, and breathtaking national parks. To him, every safari is a story waiting to be told.
As the Operations Manager, Enock ensures that every tour runs with care, precision, and heart — from vehicle preparation and route planning to guest comfort and safety. As a Professional Driver Guide, he is known for his calm nature, sharp eye for wildlife, and deep respect for the environment. Guests often describe him as friendly, trustworthy, and full of fascinating local stories.
What sets Enock apart is not only his skill behind the wheel, but his big heart for people. He takes pride in mentoring young boys and new drivers, teaching them discipline, respect, and the value of hard work. He is a true example of how tourism can change lives.

Keckan Rubaba is a dedicated and forward-thinking professional with a strong passion for tourism, leadership, and community development. Born and raised in Tanzania, Keckan grew up surrounded by the natural beauty, wildlife, and rich cultural heritage of his homeland—experiences that shaped his deep appreciation for Africa and its stories.
Based in Iringa, Tanzania, Keckan serves as the Assistant Manager at Rubaba Safaris & Tours, where he plays a key role in daily operations, team coordination, and guest experience management. With a strong eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, he ensures that every safari and tour is professionally organized, safe, and memorable for travelers from around the world.
Keckan works closely with tour guides, drivers, and partners to design seamless travel experiences, combining authentic local knowledge with high service standards. His leadership style emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement, helping the company grow while maintaining its strong connection to local communities.

His early experiences exploring Tanzania’s landscapes sparked a lifelong commitment to sharing the magic of African safaris with the world.
Today, Emanus lives in the United States but remains deeply connected to Tanzania and Rubaba Safaris & Tours, where he serves as International Advisor and Strategic Partner. In this role, he helps expand the company’s global reach, develop international partnerships, and ensure that travelers from around the world can experience authentic, safe, and unforgettable African adventures.
Emanus brings a unique perspective to the team, combining his Tanzanian roots with a global understanding of tourism trends and international client needs. He works closely with the team in Tanzania to create tailor-made safari experiences, while also mentoring young African entrepreneurs and supporting women-led initiatives within the company.

Eveline Kamugisha is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional at Rubaba Safaris & Tours, where she serves as the Company Accountant. Based in Dar-es-salam Tanzania, Eveline is responsible for managing accounts, budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring transparency across all company transactions.
